At Vigon, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must not be damaged, altered, or assembled in a way that affects its original condition.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, including all accessories, parts, manuals, and inserts where applicable.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or order number, must be provided.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide the return address and detailed return instructions. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, we may cover return shipping costs or offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
